    Do I need a monthly plan?

    No. You can book one-off help by the hour, like meeting a contractor or covering pet care for a weekend. Plans make sense once you want regular visits and someone on call.

    What happens when you find a problem?

    We tell you right away with photos, contain it if we can, and call your preferred vendor or one we trust. We'll meet them at the house and check the work when they're done. Vendor costs are billed at what the vendor charges.

    Do you do the repairs yourselves?

    We coordinate the pros: plumbers, electricians, handymen, landscapers, pool and cleaning crews. We get quotes, schedule them, let them in and oversee the job.

    I live out of state and my parents are here. Can you help?

    Yes. We can be the local person who shows up for your parents. With their OK, we'll send visit reports and updates to you as well, so you always know what's happening.

    How do you handle my keys and alarm codes?

    They go into your home file, which only your caretaker can see. Keys are coded so they can't be linked to your address if they're lost.
